一、一二线城市商品住所销价格格变化整体平稳

8月份,各地持续坚持量体裁衣、因城施策、归纳调控,尽力促进房地产商场平稳健康发展。据开始测算,4个一线城市新建商品住所销价格格环比上涨0.3%,涨幅比上月稍微扩展0.1个百分点;同比上涨0.9%,涨幅比上一年同月回落4.1个百分点;1-8月平均,同比下降0.1%,而上一年同期为上涨14.6%。二手住所销价格格环比由上月上涨0.2%转为相等;同比上涨1.2%,涨幅比上一年同月回落6.4个百分点;1-8月平均,同比上涨0.5%,涨幅比上一年同期回落15.9个百分点。

二、三线城市商品住所销价格格有所上涨

35个三线城市新建商品住所销价格格环比上涨2.0%,涨幅比上月扩展0.5个百分点;同比上涨8.3%,涨幅比上一年同月回落1.0个百分点;1-8月平均,同比上涨7.0%,涨幅比上一年同期回落1.2个百分点。二手住所销价格格环比上涨1.4%,涨幅比上月扩展0.3个百分点;同比上涨6.4%,涨幅比上一年同月回落0.1个百分点;1-8月平均,同比上涨4.9%,涨幅比上一年同期回落0.4个百分点。

三、15个热门城市新建商品住所销价格格有涨有跌

8月份,15个热门城市新建商品住所销价格格环比下降的城市有1个,比上月削减1个;相等的2个,与上月相同;上涨的12个,添加1个,最高涨幅为3.4%。同比下降的城市有2个,比上月削减2个,最大降幅为1.6%;上涨的13个,添加2个,最高涨幅为10.2%。
