　　November 14th可以有两种表达方式

Reading Years

　　Before 2000

如果年份是以"00"结尾，读作'hundred',如：1900=nineteen hundred

如果年份是以“01”、“02”、“03”等结尾的，把“0”读成“Oh”，如：1901=nineteen oh one

如果年份是以10或更高的数字结尾的，直接读后面两位数。如：1820=eighteen twenty

2000-2009,当作四位数来读，如：2008=two thousand and eight

2010-2019,读四位数或者2个2位数来读，如：2010=two thousand and ten 或者：twenty ten

2020或之后的年份，读2个2位数，如：2021=twenty twenty-one
